Shipping Policy

We deliver across Thiruvananthapuram and Kerala.

Order Processing & Timeline

  • Orders are processed within 24โ€“48 hours.
  • Estimated delivery: 2โ€“5 business days, depending on location.

Shipping Charges

  • Calculated based on order weight and destination.
  • Charges will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Method

  • We use third-party logistics companies for all deliveries.
  • Tracking information will be shared when available.
  • We are not liable for any delays or damages caused during transit by these external providers.

Delivery Issues

  • Any issue (damage/loss) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for support.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Conditions

  • Only unused, unopened products in original condition are eligible.
  • Returns must include original invoice and be initiated within the timelines below.

If Product is Damaged

  • Report and initiate return within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Structure

  • Return within 3 days: Full refund (excluding payment gateway charges)
  • Return between 4โ€“10 days: 50% refund
  • Return between 11โ€“20 days: 10% refund
  • No refund after 20 days

Refund Processing

  • If payment is successfully credited to our bank, refunds will be processed through our bank.
  • If payment failed or was not completed by the payment gateway, we will refund 100% of the product amount.
  • We are not responsible for GST or service charges deducted by the gateway. These are subject to their refund policies.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.
